Classlead submission is now open. You probably know the drill at this
point, but Announce news posts #1374 and #1416 will probably be useful.
HELP CLASSLEADS is also a good thing to read.

Once again, I have not deleted the existing reports, so that you can
refer to them at your leisure if you wish. However, the report creator
has the ability to delete the report with the CLASSLEAD <#> DELETE
command, so that you can submit new reports if you wish. I have,
however, flagged all existing reports as unsubmitted.

Classlead report submission will be open for the next two weeks, ending
shortly after the end of the day (GMT) on Friday, February 19th. The
endorsement period will then be open for one week.

Also, for the endorsement period of this round, I'm going to experiment
with letting each endorser/censurer provide a small comment as to why
he/she is endorsing this report, so that we can get a better feel for
why people like and do not like certain reports.
