King of the Hill

Hello!

I am pleased to announce the addition of one more team-based arena event
- King of the Hill! As the name implies, the teams fight over control of
hills. HELP KOTH explains the event in more details.

I will be running a couple of Coliseum games to test the event. Once I
am satisfied that everything goes smoothly, I will be also enabling the
event on the arena queue.
