Team Free-For-Alls, part 2

Hello, everyone!

The arena queue now supports team free-for-alls - you can now JOIN QUEUE
TEAMFFA. If a team FFA event is generated, it will randomly have two or
three teams and automatic team assignation. Unlike other event types, a
regular favour will be given to the winners instead of a truefavour. The
favour will only be given to members of the winning team who are left in
the arena at the end of the event.

ES <arena> now includes the team names for team FFAs, so that you can
identify members of each team even if the colors don't work for you for
whatever reason. Additionally, the ES output now lists members of each
team together.

You can also use CONFIG COLOR ARENATELLS to configure the color of arena
team tells, and you can also follow others in team-based events. These
were already implemented yesterday, but they were not officially
announced yet.

I have some more adjustions for team FFAs that I plan to implement
within the next few days. After that, I will be working on another,
slightly more complex arena event.
