Team spars

Hello all!

I have just loaded a new feature that I've been working on - team spars.
You now have the ability to organize teams and do arena spars between
them. Each team can have as little as one, or as many people as you
want.

The syntax is: CHALLENGE <opponents> WITH <team members>. Both lists are
simply separated by spaces.

For example: If I were to do CHALLENGE DRANOR AVASYU WITH KIALAE, the
resulting team spar would have me and Kialae as one team, and Dranor and
Avasyu as the other team. If you want to challenge multiple people by
yourself, you can omit the "WITH" section - for example, if I were to
CHALLENGE AVASYU DRANOR, I would end up challenging both of them by
myself. A scary thought, that!

All participants must be located at the staging grounds with you. Team
spars are available for all the arenas, and each participant pays the
same fee that applies for a regular spar. Team spars do not affect
combat rankings.

Additionally, I have made some substantial changes to our arena code, so
as to aid in future development. These should not be noticeable at all,
with the exception of some changed messages, but if you notice that
something isn't working as it should, please BUG it.
