In addition to statpacks, I have also fixed a couple of bugs and made
some other changes:

- When describing yourself, the leading "and is" no longer exists.
Instead, you need to start your description with a full sentence. This
should allow for more flexibility with descriptions.

- You can now fish in ponds

- Artistry: portrait travel is once again blocked only by monolith
sigils on the target's end, not at both ends

- Fayth: seraph panic will correctly make you unwield/drop weapons if
appropriate

- Fayth: you can no longer use Seraph aura on other players while graced

- Thespia: Battlemarch will correctly protect against all sources of
recklessness

- Thirdeye, frost elixir and venom elixir will no longer be lost when
switching professions

- Attempting to sell wrong corpses to vermin buyers will no longer
output strange numbers

- Upon reaching guild rank 3, you will no longer be told that you have
reached the Journeyman profession rank if you had it (or higher) already

- You can no longer run in a city election if you are not eligible to
contest for the relevant position

- Guards will no longer shoot at burrowed players

- Automatic org enemying will now work properly if the attack kills the
guard

- Mobiles will properly defend their friends if the attack kills said
friend

- The CITIZEN command can no longer be forced

- Corpses of mobiles will no longer speak and perform emotes

- Aspect moon travel can now be used while graced

- Aspects can no longer attempt to control a monolith while phased

- Buying commodities from the commodity shop will now work regardless of
capitalization

- You can no longer lock an open door

- Vial decay messages will no longer be missing a newline

- HOUSE SUMMARY is no longer available to players

- The Raksha band can no longer be activated while phased

- As usual, fixed some typos
