The period for rating classlead reports has come to an end, and I am
going to start sorting through them and implementing changes.

The most highly rated reports were: #3, #25, #1, #69, #121, #39, #33,
#136, #31, #4, #134, #55, #46, and #17.

The lowest rated reports were: #93, #73, #24, #36, #56, #80, #125, #9,
#101, #104, and #137.
