Guild Achievements

Another day, another achievement post. These are basic guild related
achievements.

Chaperon : Serve as a Novice Aide.
Babysitter : Serve as the Head of Novices.
Guild Officer: Serve as a Secretary.
Facilitator : Reach Guild Rank 5.
Coordinator : Reach Guild Rank 10.
Overseer : Reach Guild Rank 15.

Two commands:

CHECKMYLEVEL: This will auto award any of the level achievements you
have earned by not received.

CHECKMYORG: This will award any of the org achievements listed above
that you currently have.

As always, let me know about the bugs.
