Here are the bug fixes and reward changes:

You can give yourself any skill rank achivements you have already met
the requirements for by learning a lesson or type in CHECKMYSKILLS.

Rat Food will work with all city and council vermin now.

Rather than removing them, I have changed the mentor achievement rewards
to straight experience. Those of you who received credits, count
yourselves lucky. Additionally, I have added a 100 hour play time
requirement to each proteges.

I have upgraded the PROTEGES command to indicate if a player has that
required time.

I have reduced the experience earned for the Historian achievement.
