CTF

Imperian will be holding a Capture-the-Flag between the cities and
councils on Saturday, October 10th, at 23:00 GMT. This CTF will last for
two hours. Please read HELP CTF for more information.

The city with the highest number of points gets first choice from the
following four prizes, while second, third, and fourth place get the
subsequent choices. The last two losing cities get nothing.

Restoration Fountain
----------------------
- Currently held by Celidon and named "the Phoenix's Rebirth".
- Cures all afflictions, and can be drunk from as often as one
wants.

Healing Fountain
------------------
- Currently held by Khandava and named "the Fountain of Aryana".
- Heals all health, mana, willpower, and endurance, but can only
be used once per day.

Foreman Rozri
---------------
- Currently held by Antioch.
- Increases the generation of rare comms in refinery.

Lunar Pylon
-------------
- Currently held by Stavenn.
- Grants one of three beneficial lunar auras when walked through.
- Auras will last until midnight each night, when a new one can
be gained.

Each city/council leader should send me a message prior to the end of
the CTF with a list, in desired order, of the prizes they would want
should their city/council place. This way, we can avoid having to wait
two weeks after the end of the CTF to distribute the prizes because of
slow leaders.

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Naturalis, in the year 590 AD.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…
