Little Fixes!

A couple things:

- If you are over level 50 you can type in CHECKMYLEVEL to get the level
achievements. The reason I did this is because they have XP Gain rewards
and players would probably like to take advantage of those. However! You
will automatically get the achievements when you gain your next level if
you have not already used the command.

- Fixed the Philanthropist achievement.

- Fixed the bug with heads and trophy cases.
