Bug fixes

Hello, everyone!

In the past few days, I have been focusing on squishing some of our
annoying bugs. I have also implemented some other small changes:

The "aflame" affliction will now be tracking who gave the affliction to
you, and if you die to the flames, the afflicter will be credited with
the kill and will also receive the relevant achievement if appropriate.
This also applies to firelords and efreetis.

I have also unified the lists of commands that can be performed during
various long actions. Noticeable changes include ability to use messages
while sleeping, read news while blackwinded, say/tell while splicing and
cancelling wormholes, and a few others.



Alchemy
-------

- You can no longer attach multiple fist sigils to an item


Artistry
--------

- Ranger sketch messages will no longer show attacks using random
objects instead of a glaive

- Illusion globes should no longer be used up in the arena - they will
return to your inventory when then run out of illusions

- Fixed a rare problem causing sketches to attack multiple times at once


Bladedance
----------

- Reprise will no longer fire on attacks done from another room

- Attempting to attack with a broken sword arm will give the correct
message now

- You can no longer use bladedance attacks with a paralysed sword arm


Bonding
-------

- FORAGE will now give a correct message when used in wrong environments

- REFLEXES will now be correctly removed upon death


Bowmanship
----------

- You will now be notified if your arrow bounces off target's shield or
prismatic barrier


Brutality
---------

- Adjusted one of the hound attack messages to be customisation-agnostic


Crystalism
----------

- Adduction will no longer pull people into the sewers


Devotion
--------

- You can now perform hands on yourself while graced

- Failed attempts to part water will no longer use equilibrium


Elemancy
--------

- Failed attempts to cast reflection, aerial, chargeshield or sandling
will no longer trigger surges


Engineering
-----------

- Loading a cannon will properly take only one blackpowder from a group
instead of everything

- Failure to move due to a clockwork fan will show the correct direction
now


Enslavery
---------

- Demons that attach to their target will now attach to the summoner if
they start attacking him/her due to disloyalty. This means that upon
curing disloyalty, reordering entourage will work correctly (attached
demons always follow their target)

- If you win an arena event using doppleganger warp, you will no longer
be moved back to the arena immediately afterwards


Fayth
-----

- SERAPH ABSOLVE can no longer be used while prone, paralysed or
entangled


Groves
------

- Failed GROVE TRACK will no longer display random objects instead of
target's name


Hypnosis
--------

- Leaving the arena will correctly stop an ongoing hypnosis


Malignosis
----------

- DEMON CATHARSIS can no longer be used while prone, paralysed or
entangled


Metalworking
------------

- Attempting to repair an item while already repairing will no longer
restart the process; this applies to other tradeskills as well


Necromancy
----------

- Vivisected corpses will now show correct names when examined

- Casting NIGHT will no longer cure xeroderma on all logged players
(this is now my favourite bug)


Perception
----------

- Glancing down from trees will no longer use equilibrium if you have
the Monocle of Acuity


Runelore
--------

- The Canopy circle will now correctly block trebuchet and catapult fire


Sabotage
--------

- You will now be able to see actions of unphased players in the room
while phased

- You can no longer ORDER mobiles around while phased


Tattoos
-------

- TATTOOS ME will no longer inform you that you cannot harm yourself


Telepathy
---------

- Fixed some problems with MIND EMPATHY; most notably, it will no longer
bypass numbness


Thespia
-------

- MIMIC can no longer be used off-balance

- Fixed a problem preventing you from singing multiple stat-altering
songs at yourself in certain situations


Toxins
------

- You can no longer extract venoms from sacs while off-balance

- Artifact vials will be able to hold 250 applications of venoms (venoms
from venom sacs, not toxins)

- Xeroderma will now correctly work only in outdoors rooms and rooms
containing a lightwall

- Fixed several problems causing xeroderma to stop working properly in
some situations


Trailblazing
------------

- Watching will now be correctly included in the defence count at the
end of the DEF command


Vodun
-----

- The VODUN BREAK message will now correctly show which limbs got broken

- Aeon, stun and unconsciousness transferred by VODUN SIPHON will now
wear off properly


Warding
-------

- Counter will no longer fire on attacks done from another room


Miscellaneous
-------------

- The TERRIFY ability of Terror aspects can no longer be used graced,
and will it no longer work on graced targets

- PUSH, PULL and PRESS will now show a message if the target does not
exist

- Endurance and willpower will no longer be set to 0 if you attempt to
do something requiring more than you have

- Fixed a problem causing damnation to not be removed by some
insta-kills

- If you combat challenge someone, followed immediately by a regular
challenge, the resulting arena fight will now correctly be unranked, not
ranked

- You will now stop kneeling upon performing most actions

- fixed various typos
