I've gone through and progressed the combat tournaments as much as I
can. Most match results were decided based on the logged-in activity of
the particpants. A few matches have been left open as a result of
special circumstances.

All current matches that have 2 participants must be fully resolved by
Monday, the 7th. I will go through and choose the winners in each match
that have not been decided by that point.
