Crystehl

I have placed crystehl for sale in Kragge, Whistlerock, Sintcega, Tayar,
Kaln, and Pol'pera. The crystehl in Pol'pera is sold in the bar. I hear
that Nalech likes to moonlight as some sort of a miner.

Each city and council has access to a towne that sells crystehl. The
amount of crystehl that will be stocked in the shops is set in each shop
so that each circle has equal access to the same amount of crystehl.
