I've fixed a minor bug that was causing an error when people were killed
by a mob with fire attacks.

The noticeable changes to this fix are:

1) Some post death actions will now occur properly, such as dropping
stuff when killed by a mob with a fire attack (the last part of death
resolution wasn't being processed, due to the error).

2) You should now be able to get the "Burnt Crispy" achievement if your
loyal mob kills someone with a fire attack (like efreeti).
