There are several different achievement this time. Please let me know if
you have any problems with these. I have tested them all pretty
thoroughly... but you know how that can go.

Iron Man : Survive a Bloodbath Without Dying.
Rat Food : Die to a Rat.
Death By Booze: Die from Alcohol Poisoning.
Bug Lover : Catch 10 Butterflies.
Entomologist : Catch 100 Butterflies.
Lepidopterist : Catch 1,000 Butterflies.
Devout Fan : Offer 100 Corpses to Sanctify a Shrine.
Shrine Addict : Offer 1,000 Corpses to Sanctify a Shrine.
Pious Freak : Offer 10,000 Corpses to Sanctify a Shrine.
Shrine Butcher: Destroy a Shrine.
Church Hitman : Destroy 10 Shrines.
The Liquidator: Destroy 100 Shrines.
Speed Kill : Kill Five Players in Five Seconds.
20 In 24 : Kill 20 Players within 24 Hours.
Gunslinger : Kill a Player with a Flintlock.
Burnt Crispy : Burn a Player to Death.
Kick Em Down : Kick a Player to Death.

New Command: EXPLORED
This command will list off all the areas you are currently credited for
exploring for the achievement. Thanks to Samanthia for the idea.

The bat ghouls in the Baneward Catacombs should count toward undead
kills now.

You can now use ACHIEVEMENT ALL <category> to just pull up a few
achievements at a time. For example, ACHIEVEMENT ALL GAMBLING. Thanks to
Tucker on this idea.

I have reduced the Great White achievement from 100,000 fish to 10,000
fish.
