Pathfinding, part three

Greetings.

The final part of our pathfinding code is now in place.

All distance-based routines (trebuchets, some trailblazing skills, and
others) now use my new pathfinding code. There should be no
player-visible changes, but if you do notice anything odd, please BUG
it.

Second, and more important, Imperian now includes support for
speedwalking. Once you generate a path using PATH FIND, you can then use
PATH GO to speedwalk along the path. This has all the restrictions of
normal movement. PATH STOP will abort the ongoing speedwalking, should
you need to do so.

Finally, I have fixed some other bugs. Stalk in Trailblazing should work
correctly now, and some minor issues with Evade and Splitleap are also
fixed.
