Pathfinding, part one

Greetings!

In the past few days, I have been busy implementing a pathfinding
functionality for Imperian. The first part of this is now finished and
available.

A new command has been added, PATH FIND <target>. This can be used to
calculate the shortest path to your desired location.

There are three different types of locations that you can specify:

- You can specify the name of a landmark. For example, PATH FIND ANTIOCH
will show you the shortest path to Antioch from anywhere on the same
continent (HELP LANDMARKS lists all available ones).

- You can specify the room unique number. This can be obtained from the
MAP command.

- Finally, you can specify the name of an online player, and you will
receive the path leading to his or her room. This has the same
restrictions as other location seeking skills, so it will be subject to
abilities such as phase, blackwind or obfuscate. In addition, if your
target has the Warning ability activated, they will be notified about
your attempt.

More related functionality will follow in subsequent updates.

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
