Short score and directory updates

Greetings,

another day, another update. First, I have added a new command, SSCORE
(or SS for short), which is a brief version of the SCORE command,
displaying only the basic information.

I have also extended the DIRECTORY command, it can now list refills
available in the city shops. For example, DIRECTORY HEALTH will now
include all shops within the city that sell health refills.

The Refill task can now be completed by refilling from a flask, you do
not need to go to Rythanis for that any longer. I have also fixed an
unpleasant bug causing vials to become broken if you purchase the last
available refill from a flask.
