Skill fixes

Greetings,

like I have said in the previous announce, I have been focusing on
fixing problems with various skills.

General
-------

- Fixed a problem in the movement code that was allowing players to
follow those using or being summoned by certain skills, despite being
off-balance or otherwise hindered. If you still find any ability that
incorrectly lets you follow someone while off-balance (as in, move to
another room when they do), please BUG it

- When throwing a weapon from another room, you will now be notified if
the target parries the attack using shield parry or the demon orb


Alchemy
-------

- Meteor arrows will no longer be used up in the arena if the target
moves indoors or to another area

- Meteor arrows will no longer hit if both the shooter and the target
move out of the arena during its flight

- The above two also apply to the Star tarot

- Pairs of earrings can now be properly enchanted with hearing. The
syntax in this case would be BEGIN ENCHANTMENT OF EARRINGS WITH HEARING

- small fixes in the AB helps for Monolith and Trinket


Bladedance
----------

- Using BLADE FEINT on a target that is not using parry will now
correctly use only one arm balance

- The second strike of BLADE SPIN will no longer hit if the wardancer is
hindered at that time

- BLADE FLECHE will now be stopped by walls


Bonding
-------

- Fixed a problem causing MAUL to be slower against mobiles than against
players, mauling mobiles will now be faster than previously

- MAUL damage against mobiles has been increased

- Using the HUMAN command while bonded will tell you that RELEASE is the
proper syntax

- While I was at it, I have fixed the HUMAN command to state the correct
race if you are neither blackwinded nor astralformed

- Fixed a problem with SCENT showing an error about you being mounted,
then working regardless. Scent will work while mounted only if you have
it as a racial ability

- Elephant YANK will now display the correct direction to onlookers

- BOND SPIRIT will now display the correct race if you aren't bonded

- Fixed a problem causing RELEASE to sometimes not display a message

- HOIST will now work if the target is in the trees


Bowmanship
----------

- TARGETSHOT will now inform you when the arrow breaks a limb of the
target

- TARGETSHOT will now notify the target about torso damage

- Fixed the message about arrows hitting shield when using WORM SNIPE
(not a Bowmanship ability, I know)

- LONGSHOT will no longer hit its target if he/she uses astralform or a
similar ability while the arrow is flying


Chivalry/Brutality
------------------

- SUNDER will no longer complete if you are hindered upon entering the
target's room, by hiting a totem, a trap, or a similar effect

- SUNDER will no longer display wrong messages to those in the target
room


Concoctions
-----------

- You will no longer be able to boil more than 200 refills of an elixir
or salve at once. This is because due to the way the information is
stored, it is not possible to have more than 255 fills in a pot, and
attempts to do so were causing people to lose some of the fills

- The fenugreek defence will now be properly cleared when leaving the
game
