Greetings, Aetherius.

For the past few days, I have been working on fixing problems related to
caravans, townes and general movement. In particular, the following
fixes were made:

Caravans and general movement
-----------------------------

- You can no longer lead a caravan while flying

- Attempting to lead a caravan in a non-existant direction will now fail
immediately

- You can no longer enter an indoors location while in the trees

- Attempting to LOSE caravans and other items will no longer be causing
untrapped errors


Townes
------

- Fixed towne taxes, they should be fully operational now for both shops
and houses. This includes the cost that the towne pays each in-game year
- houses cost the same as city houses, shops cost 2500 gold per in-game
year. This is not retroactive, taxes will first be owed at the beginning
of the next in-game year.

- Reworded the message shown when unenemying someone to an organisation

- Player HONOURS will now show whether that player is an enemy of your
towne

- Fixed a problem causing players to keep the towne aideship position
when leaving a towne and joining another one

- towne guards stationed in barracks should now properly respond to
calls for help

- towne loyals will now speak on the towne channel when attacked



I plan to focus on skill related problems next, so if you know about
some problem that needs fixing, please BUG it, if you haven't done so
yet.
