A few random bug fixes today. I am working on a project and got a little
sidetracked with these.

- Fixed a problem with ATCP sending Room.Exits and Room.Brief twice
during player movement. If you notice that ATCP messages and not
being sent when they should be, please let me know. This may be
most obvious in the Nexus client as that is how the client
recognizes what arrows should be lit up in the compass. If you
encounter this problem please BUG from the room it happens in and
provide as much detail as possible, including how you reached the
room (walking, teleporting, brazier, etc.)

- NSUM for the crafters board will no longer display posters names.

- Fixed a name typo in the logs when city leaders appoint positions.

- Fixed some problems with certain coaches not working properly. All
coach loacations should work properly now, although some permissions
may need to be reset.

- I think I have fixed the problem with the Manhunt event not properly
getting people into the arena. Please BUG further issues.

- If you manage to have a hostage when the arena times out, the
hostage will be released.

- I fixed a couple problems when players are sometimes dumped in the
wrong staging room after a cross-arena duel. If this continues to
happen, please BUG all the details.

- Both players have to be in an arena staging room in order to ACCEPT
a duel. This was one of the problems with cross arena challenges.
Players would CHALLENGE, leave the room, and then the other players
would accept. This was causing some problems.

- You can no longer THROW the deathball.

- There was a problem with people accidentally typing in JOIN twice
and paying for an event twice. Now, if you are already in the arena,
you will not be able to JOIN the event again.

- Fixed a pretty bad sketch bug that allowed for some instant bashing.

- Added strangle, bolt impale, dart pin, and arrow pin to the diagnose
messages.
