New Command

I have been working on a couple of new features for the tasks system
that will encorporate come cools tasks and nice rewards for higher level
players.

While the project is not done yet, it does include new code for tracking
the number of player kills and certain mob kills. You can now look at
these records with 2 new commands.

KILLS
- This will display how many kills you have against other players, and
against a few specific mobs.

KILLS <player>
- Same as above, but it will give you the info for another player.

DEATHS
- This will show you how many times you have been killed by other
players and specific mobs.

DEATHS <player>
- Same as above, but it will give you the info for the specified player.

The mobs we are currently tracking are:
Chur
Threlgar
Rafe
Balan
Harum-Scarum
Yasyolon
Rishi
Crevonix

When writing this announce there were only 2 kills in the database.
Please let me know if you encounter any bugs. Major bugs may require
that I scrape the database before releasing the cool new tasks so I
would like them all worked out before we get to that point.

Thanks!

Onward to 2021
