Task Fixes

Fixed several small bugs with tasks.

- I have auto completed the Guild and City Tasks for those of you in
those organizations.

- Learning from mobs should complete the learning tasks.

- The Emote Task should complete correctly now.

- Joining a guild via Cerise will complete the Guild Task now.
