Quest and mob fixes.

- Hadush now returns items he doesn't need. Greedy fellow.
- Rafe is now visible. He was plainly so tired of getting killed that he
learned predator-esque hiding techniques, but We confiscated his mask.
- The extended desc in forms now states that you can indeed use them for
engineering devices as well.
- Rose, the head apprentice, now sells picks so you can go hack masonry
for her.
- The bladefanged crocodile in Festering Bog doesn't have a weird
multi-symbolic typo in it any more.
- The blackthorne demons in Al'drym Forest no longer incinerate.
- Also fixed a whole heap of bugs that were specific to individuals, so
there's little point in mentioning them.
- Zafranit, the Librarian won't greet phased people any more. Remember
to report more if they're about!
- I'm *pretty* sure the monkey in N'Aryanvella is properly dropping
blocks. At least, he did for me. If he doesn't, be detailed as to the
circumstance in which he doesn't, as there's coded reasons WHY he won't
drop a stone sometimes.
- Ulriead in the Festering Bog wasn't resetting properly, but should be
doing so now. Hooray!

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Tenebrae, in the year 570 AD.

Onward to 2021
