Due to the many great suggestions we received after the first wave of
shop upgrades, they have gotten another set of features, as well as
having several bugs fixed. Thank you to all those who have reported bugs
or suggestions. And without further delay, here are the additional
features.

- Furniture can be both put onto shelves and taken from them despite not
being normally able to be taken once placed somewhere.

- You can check WARES <category> to list all items in a category to make
your shopping easier.

- All SHOP and SHELF commands used by shop allies must be done from the
stock room. The owner of the shop may do the majority of them from the
shop itself.

- Ministers and Aides of Trade may check the SHOP LOG while standing
inside a shop inside the city or council they serve.

- You may now buy multiple items at once, for example if a shop is
selling groups of 10 toadstool you may BUY 2 TOADSTOOL to recieve 20
toadstool.

- For a cost of 5000 gold you may now paint your shelf, which will color
the header when displayed on WARES. If multiple shelves use the same
name the paint job on the one with the lowest item number will be used,
so you can save some gold by not having to paint them all.

- You may now PRICE ALLSINGLE <item> <price> which will behave similar
to the ALL option for pricing except each item will be marked for
individual sale and be listed seperately on WARES.

- All permissions listed in the HELP PERMISSIONS file will now work
properly.

- You can now add notes to your shop's log with SHOP WRITELOG <note>

- Discounts and Surcharges can now have a seperate percentage rate for
each indiividual permission. So you could, for example, give a 5%
discount to members of your city and a 10% discount to members of your
guild. Seperate discounts/surcharges are not cumulative, the highest
applicable discount and surcharge modifiers will be applied to the
price. Type SHELF for the new syntax. Current permissions have been set
to use the current rate for your shelf.

- Every city and council has been given a Shop Directory somewhere in
their Market Distrct. While standing next to the directory you may
DIRECTORY <item> to get a list of all shops that sell that item and get
directions from the directory to that shop. City leaders should message
me with new descriptions for their city or council's directory as well
as if they want it moved to a different room inside the city.
