- The amount of time a masked person can sit in an enemied location
before being targetted by guards or siege has been increased.

- The vortex rune circle will no longer drag people through gates,
doors, icewalls, or stonewalls.

- Demonrays, Hailstorm, and Thornspray now have cooldowns during
which a target cannot again be affected by that specific ability.
That cooldown period will be less than the balance/equilibrium
cost of that ability. For example, I cast hailstorm on Avasyu.
He will not be able to be affected by another hailstorm (mine
or someone else's) for several seconds.

- Incendiary arrows can now only be shot by people with the
Bowmanship skill.

- You can now only store one truename of a particular person. I've
also rewritten the storage mechanism for truenames for better
performance. The new truename list is better formatted, although
you can still see the old format with TRUENAMES FULL. You can
also match partial names with TRUENAMES <search string>.

- You can now cast the Erode spell through the Cataclysm vibration.
Due to the unstable nature of long-range spellcasting, Erode
will not strip the shield defence automatically before stripping
any other defences.

- If you are afflicted by a stun ability while you are already
stunned or have very recently been stunned, the duration of the
subsequent stun directed at you will be substantially decreased.
For example: I use a stun ability on Avasyu that stuns him for
5 seconds. I recover balance 3 seconds later, and use that same
ability on him again. The second stun will not last for the
entire 5 seconds. This applies to all abilities/attacks that
cause stun.

- Smoking linseed while you already have an aura of weapon
rebounding around you will cause a subsequent aura (should
the one you already have be removed in some way) to be delayed.
For example, if I smoke linseed (and do not already have an
aura of weapon rebounding), I can expect that my aura will
appear in approximately 6 seconds. If I then smoke linseed again
and then kick Avasyu in the face (really hard), my aura will
drop, but a new aura will take more than 6 seconds to appear.

- Sketches can now only be tossed by people with the "Sketch"
ability in Artistry.

- The bonus for experience gained in rings has been decreased.
