Sewers

Greetings all!

Those of you who enjoy the sewers may continue to do so, but those of
you who are taken in by unauthorised means without the training to slip
through sewer grates yourselves may discover that their lack of training
makes them vulnerable to being ravaged by angry rats. In other words,
those in the Sewers without the Sewers ability will be under continual
rat-attack from now on.
