Engineering Breakthrough!

Greetings all!

Just a short little note of interest to all you metalworkers out there,
the master Engineers have made a breakthrough in their studies of
clockwork engines, creating a Mechanical Hammer. This neat little device
will allow working and shaping of metal to proceed much faster, and can
be constructed by any competent engineer.
