Anti-Magick Skill Fixes

First, I want to announce a few general changes and then I will get into
the fixes for the various Antimagick skills.

General
-------
- Phasing will no longer make you drop corpses, but submerging while
phased is now impossible.
- Added PUSH, PULL, TWIST and TURN to the list of actions not able to be
done while phased.
- A bird on your falconry glove can now be trained properly.
- If you get impaled by mutliple people you can no longer be
disemboweled after writhing free.
- Fixed numerous typos and display glitches, including many glaive-based
abilities displaying random animals instead of the weapon.

Bladedance
----------
- Parry in Bladedance now works properly.
- Blade feint will now properly move shield block like other feint
skills.
- The second strike from bladespin will now drop the attacker's
rebounding properly.
- Riposte will now strike rebounding in the rare situations it is up
when an attack is parried.

Devotion
--------
- The bond of the Bloodsworn will now break when either of the members
changes profession.
- Breaking a Bloodsworn bond will also disable it if active.
- Redemption will persist through logout once more.

Fayth
-----
- Seraph refuge will now cease if killed and returned to life with
Redemption.
- Seraph refuge will now display a third party message.

Kaido
-----
- KaiBanish now shows the proper Kai cost in the AB file.

Knifeplay
---------
- Attempting to leave while unable to move will no longer trigger
circle.

Predation
---------
- Dying while under the effect of poisoned food will no longer cause you
to die twice.

Taekate
-------
- Following someone who moves will now stop form demonstrations.
- Fixed a bug where back damage was not being cured after leaving the
arena.
- Shielddance's knockout and Warding's shieldbash are now guardable.
- The Form of Krull can now be mastered.
- Targetted jabs and roundhouse kicks will no longer randomly switch
side.

Telepathy
---------
- Radiance will now properly hold your equilibrum for the duration of
the ability.
- Telesense will now properly turn off when switching professions.
- If your target dies while you are trying to form a mind lock your
efforts will cease.

Toxins
------
- Fixed a bug that allowed toxins to be boiled or thinned multiple
times.

Wardance
--------
- Bemuse will no longer cause seraphs to use standard denizen attacks.
- Wardances will now cease when killed.

Warding
-------
- Glaiveshove can now move those who could not ordinarily walk.
- Your lanyard is now displayed when you probe the weapon it is attached
to.
- You can no longer pull your own weapon from your hands with a lanyard.
- Fixed an issue with writhing from a strangle.
- Highjump now allows you to SWING DOWN.
- Buttstrike will no longer ignore reflections.
- A fend that hits rebounding will now properly take balance.

I will be working on debugging the skills of the Demon Circle next.
