Capture the Flag Prizes

Greetings, all!

I sent one of the Celani into our archives, and it turns out that there
are four CTF prizes out there! Therefore, we're going to offer them all
for grabs, the winning city or council getting first pick, the one that
comes second getting the next, runner up gets the third, and obviously
the organisation in forth gets the one that's left. The prizes are:

Restoration Fountain
------------------------

- Currently held by Celidon and named "the Phoenix's Rebirth".
- Cures all afflictions when its sparkling waters are drunk from.
- Can be used as often as desired.

Healing Fountain
--------------------

- Currently held by Antioch and named "The Fountain of Aryana".
- When drunk from, heals all health, mana, willpower and endurance.
- Can be used once a day.

Foreman Rozri
-----------------

- Currently under contract with Khandava
- The Foreman's expertise increases the generation of rare commodities
in a refinery.

Lunar Pylon
---------------

- Currently held by Stavenn
- Grants one of three beneficial lunar auras when walked through.
- Auras will last until midnight each night, when a new one can be
gained.

Certainly things worth fighting for! The Fountains will be renamed as
wished if they are chosen by new organisations.

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Halitus, in the year 557 AD.

Onward to 2021
