Capture the Flag

Greetings all!

These flags are starting to get a little dusty, and the Lunar Pylon
could use a change of air, and so I have decided it is about time we had
a game of Capture the Flag between the cities and councils once more!
The game will take place on Saturday, 16th August, at 2300 GMT (by GAME
time), and last for two hours.

The winner will gain the use of the Lunar Pylon, and thus the Moon Auras
it blesses those who pass beneath it with, as well as bragging rights
over the losers.

Prepare! I expect a good battle!
