The credits that are distributed for your standing in the anniversary
tournament are going to be unbound. You can use them for yourself, sell
them on the credit market, or give them to your friends. What you cannot
do, however, is break the rules in HELP SECONDS.

Giving credits that you earned in the tournament to one of your other
characters is the very definition of using one character to help
another.

I will be watching for this, and I will shrub all characters of anybody
who transfers any of their tournament credits to their other characters.
Don't try to be sneaky about it by having one of your friends act as a
middleman.
