removed from your team. Please contact me if you wish to have anyone
removed. Anybody who has participated in a match for your team is a
permanent member and cannot be removed.

If your team captain will be unavailable, please contact me to have
him/her replaced. Only one member from a team should contact me to be
made the captain.

If you are contacting me to have any changes made to your team, please
include your team number.
