Fixes to the website pages and help files:

- Fixed points/credits discrepency for combat events.

- Fixed time overlap in bloodbaths on schedule for Tuesday, April 15th,
2008

- Added the opening of tradeskill design submissions to the schedule.

- Added some clarification on how to submit designs to the events
description.

You can now use the TIER command to see what combat tier you will fall
in for the freeforalls, bloodbaths, and 1-vs-1 tournament. Do not remove
or give away any of your artifacts so that you can participate in a
lower tier. Your tier participation is dependent upon your optimal
combat efficiency. Any attempts to manipulate the system will get you
banned from participating in the entire tournament.

I've received several questions about the OOC nature of these events. My
response is: These events are inherently OOC. This is clearly apparent
in the fact that the Tournament itself is in celebration of an OOC
event.

However, Imperian's Administration is not going to protect you from the
consequences of your actions taken during a specific event. For example,
if during a bashing event, you go and raid a city, you can certainly
expect to be enemied to that city. I'm personally fine with cross-circle
teams for the 5 vs 5 tournament, but again, you can reasonably expect
that people are going to react poorly to you colluding with people you
should normally avoid.

Finally, I'm going to set some ground rules for all of the events. We
want everyone to have fun at these events. Therefore, any action taken
during an event that's intended to or derides Imperian, Imperian's
Administration, or any other Imperian player will have you removed
immediately from the event in question, all of your tournament points
stripped from you, and you will be banned from participating in any
other tournament events. There will be no additional warning.

Don't try to be subtle. Don't try to sneak your snide little insults
through. Just try to relax, have some fun, and allow everyone else to
have some fun too. If you want to be nasty, just stay home.
