Malignosis and Naturalism

Malignosis
----------------
- New ability: 'Eye'.

- You can now use Fortify to restore a larger proportion of your
current health to your Ouroboros.

- Hunt will now show a room message when the target is
afflicted by a toxin from the daegger.

- Demons will now give a room message when the pentagram they are
bound to is wiped and they are banished.

- You will receive a message if, when moving, you lose your Ouroboros
for any reason.

- You can now dispel fiends, nightmares, eyes, or daemonites, and reuse
the same pentagram to summon a new demon.

- Fixed a bug that prevented both Seraphs and Ouroboroi from regaining
any power upon a successful absolve/catharsis.

- Your Ouroboros will now follow you when using Refuge.

- Nightmares, fiends, and daemonites can no longer be intimidated.

- Malignosis Syphon and Fayth Care now have equilibrium and balance
checks.

Naturalism
----------------
- New ability: 'Uproot'.

- New ability: 'Treelist'.

- A Naturalism-induced Thunderstorm will now act as a prerequisite
rainstorm for Grove Maelstrom.
