Bloodlines and Clans

I believe I've fixed the cause of the bloodline reject/castout bug,
which would usually manifest itself after someone was cast out from or
rejected a family, and their honours would report something else
entirely.

When you are cast out from or reject a family, you are still considered
a member of that bloodline. Blood is permanent, after all. However, your
honours should now properly indicate that you are a reject or an
outcast, you will be unable to speak on the family-tell channel, and you
will not hear anybody else speak on that channel.

If you've rejected your family or have been cast out, and your honours
does not appropriately represent this, send me a message. In your
message, include the family name, and whether you should be reported as
a reject, an outcast, or as a valid member of that bloodline.

In addition, I've created new bloodline and clan registry rooms in each
of the cities and councils. They are all connected near the tradeskill
offices in your city/council.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Letum, in the year 544 AD.
