Seki

Unfortunately, I have some extremely bad news to relay.

Long time volunteer and friend, Seki has passed away this week. Seki,
who was Thanatos, who was Nemesis, who was Ravven, has been one of the
most instrumental people in the development of Imperian to date. As head
of building, she literally built or coordinated the release of thousands
of rooms, mobiles, and items for the past three years.

She had been battling cancer for quite some time while continuing to
work here. She leaves behind two teenage daughters.

I now wish I could express my appreciation to her. We knew her situation
was bad, but clearly not how bad. Whenever she talked about it, she
always made it sound like everything was great and only getting better.
It was very shocking to receive news of this from her sister.

I would like to impress upon all of you how dedicated she was to
improving Imperian, this community of people, which when you come down
to it is just a game. She quite literally worked on Imperian from her
hospital bed, until the very end. I would like to think that this
'community' brought her some comfort and friendships.

I will sorely miss her.

Penned by my hand on the 22nd of Halitus, in the year 543 AD.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021
