One of the core philosophies in Imperian is that we have a distinct
difference between administrative characters and roleplay characters.
This is why we have the administrative shells to handle issues, police
the market channel, etc.

To this hand, Janus has a new God character to explicitly differentiate
between his in-character role as a God and his out-of-character role as
a coder and administrator. The new character's name is Dwyn.
