Cities

- Cityleaders now have access to the MARRY verb.

- The skills that city tutors can teach have been standardised
for all cities/councils. They will only teach citizens. They
will be able to teach all general skills (including tradeskills
and Engineering), all miniskills, and any guild skill that is
learned by a profession in the same circle as the city. They
will only be able to teach guild skills up to and through the
Adept skill rank.

Guilds/Professions

- A guild Novice will only be promoted to a full guild member
and Apprentice profession rank if he/she has spent a total of
12 hours (counting time spent offline and online) as a member
of that guild. This time limit is not in effect for people that
advance in profession rank through learning while not a member
of the guild that teaches that profession. You can still be
promoted automatically by a senior guild member; this only
affects automatic promotion. The time until automatic promotion
can be seen in your SCORE. This requirement does not replace
the learning requirement for automatic promotion, it is in
addition to that prior requirement.

- The skills that guild tutors can teach have been standardised
for all guilds. They will only teach guildmembers. They will be
able to teach all all guilds skills (to Transcendent) of any
guild skills that is learned by a profession in the same circle
as the tutor's guild. They will not be able to teach general
skills, tradeskills, or miniskills. You will need to find a city
tutor for those.

- Since guild health is affected by affinity (and most guilds have
poor affinity), there is a new guild privilege: GUILD AFFINITY
<guildmember>.
