As we have players from across the globe, I've put in a little tool to
help people better co-ordinate themselves for events. You will find you
can now CONFIG TIMEZONE, and the relevant information is in HELP
TIMEZONES. I encourage you all to set this variable, as it may be used
for other things in the future.
