Thanks to Sealia for another report on Tconimin's ritual for
Wirap'ega.

Her curse used to lift at dawn. That left the ritual open from
midnight to dawn only, about 12 real minutes out of every hour. The
rest of the time Tconimin told you someone had already performed it,
whether or not anyone had.

The curse now holds until noon, which gives you midnight to noon game
time, about 30 real minutes of every hour. If you ask outside those
hours, Tconimin tells you when to come back, and he only says the
ritual has been performed when someone has done it that night.

Give yourself time, though. At noon he drops any ritual that is still
gathering items, and he keeps whatever you hand him after that.
