More Improvements and Feature Additions

Hello, all! A few more recent additions to ring in the new year:

- RANKINGS will now include different rankings for those above level 100 (rather than listing them all as "Aspect Lord". Those above aspect will now be listed as "Aspect Lord ". For example, someone level 105 will be seen as "Aspect Lord 5th"
- You may now QUEUE LIST [eq/bal/eqbal/all]
- You can now PROMO MARKET <set> to filter for a specific familiar set.
- Chessboards will now appear along with the other addons in HOUSE ROOMS.
- SURVEY will now note if you are standing in a shop you own or for which you may price items (via shopally).
