Updates to AB files

Not that long ago, Garryn opened up some skills to attack against mobiles. (See ANNOUNCE POST 2574 and 2587).

I have gone through and added into their AB FILES that they work against a mobile, and what they do to that mobile.

The following skills were not updated, as they have no ab files:

- Evileye: Fear
- Evileye: Amnesia
- Curses: Fear
- Curses: Amnesia
