4v4 Tournament Changes

A few things:

1. Many people were having issues with the first 4v4 date/time so we have moved the first round from Sunday at 03:00 GMT to Tuesday at 02:00 GMT.

2. All of the 4v4 times have been moved from 03:00 GMT to 02:00 GMT. (7PM PST, 10PM EST)

3. If you are going to be a team leader, message Jesse and he will create your team so you can start organizing (HELP 4V4). If you are not going to be there for the first night, do not request to do this, as you will just be slowing things down.

4. Team leaders will have a command to remove members until the tournament starts (HELP 4V4). After that, we will lock the command and you will no longer be able to remove members. Make sure your teams are set before we officially start.
