A few improvements to the ability helps, to add some convenience:

- You can now use AB <ability> to read ability helps. For example, AB MINDNET will behave the same as AB TELEPATHY MINDNET. If an ability of the same name exists in multiple skills, only one is shown (those available to you get priority if possible), the rest is listed below

- Similarly, using HELP <ability> now shows the ability help if a help file of that name does not exist

- HELP <skill name> now also lists the abilities within that skill
