ToA Update Number One

A few updates here. Please note the following items:

- HELP ANNIVERSARY EVENTS and HELP ANNIVERSARY REWARDS has been updated. They are quite lengthy.

- The XP event is its own entity with its own prizes for teams and individuals, separate from the other prizes.

- Swapped the first Team 4v4 on Sunday with Memory Match from 07:00 GMT to 03:00 GMT.

- All the team events are circle based. If your circle wins, both the city and the council will get the prize.

- There is only one point scheme for the individual events this year.

- The theme of the arts events is 'Cities, Councils, and Circles'.

- Each quiz and scavenger hunt will have a theme. We will release the details on those soon.
