As reports for this round are open for much longer than previously, I've enabled commenting on submitted reports while submissions are ongoing - so if you have any thoughts on a report, you can add them right away. Your comments are only visible to you and the administration.

There will still be a commenting phase afterwards, so if you prefer doing the commenting all at once once it's known what has been submitted, you can do that too, as usual.
