Wheel of Fortune Fixes

A couple of wheel fixes:

- Trading items obtained from the wheel should be working again now.

- New familiars obtained from the wheel should work with the familiar commands now.

Note: To trade a familiar, use FAMILIAR command explained in HELP FAMILIARS. They are not traded like the other promo items.
