A few fixes and updates

- Battlecry should once again be usable while you are impaling someone

- A branched arm (Desecration) no longer blocks aspect monolith control

- Levitating cards are now removed when switching out of the Summoner profession

- Tarot card decks can now hold up to 1500 blank cards, so you don't need to carry excessive amounts of those

- Several smaller fixes, as usual
