Pet Transfer

Hello, good people,

Beleaguered pet owners cut off from their pets by political tragedy can now reclaim their beloved animals using the following new syntax:

KENNEL/STABLE TRANSFER <pet>

This will move the pet from its current residence to the kennel or stable you are standing in.

The cost is based on the length of time that pet has been under care, and is higher than the fee associated with releasing it. The cost is NOT reduced by the paw-print badge. The transfer also does not reset the fee associated with releasing the pet, so those without a paw-print badge will still need to pay to release the pet as if they had traveled to the kennel or stable it previously resided in.
